Emotional Healing Journey
6 Week Virtual Journey with Dr. Liz Burkholder, NP
Feel to Heal is a 6-week guided virtual journey designed to help you honor, process, and alchemize your emotions.
Over six weeks, we will explore both the heavier emotions that often weigh us down such as grief, shame, guilt, and anger, as well as the uplifting emotions that lift us higher such as joy and gratitude. Together, we will create space for ALL of it.
This journey is not about “fixing” yourself. It’s about allowing what has been buried to come into the light, releasing what no longer serves you, and opening your heart to deeper peace, connection, and wholeness.

In Feel to Heal, we walk a path through emotions like anger and grief while gently weaving in waves of joy, peace, and gratitude, allowing every emotion to be met with compassion and love.
If there is anything I have learned and I am still learning is that we must FEEL to heal our body, our mind, our heart, our relationships, and our LIFE!
There are always deeper layers of discovery, healing, and awakening within.
Community
When we do this work in community, the results are exponential. Most of us have relational trauma, meaning our wounds were created within our relationships where we were supposed to be and feel safe. When we come together relationally to witness each other, we all heal. We begin to create the neural pathways for safe connection, where it is safe to be vulnerable and safe to be seen and heard.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR RETREAT:
- Please be in a quiet and comfortable space (preferably where you can lie down) where you feel safe to BE PRESENT and to EXPRESS, and where you will be uninterrupted for the 4 hours that you are dedicating to yourself and your inner healing.
- Have pillows and blankets available to make yourself comfortable.
- Have tissues readily available for any emotions that may arise.
- Bring a pen and journal for journaling exercises throughout.
- Bring an open heart and open mind.
*Be prepared for a cathartic emotional release.
When we have repressed or blocked emotions (which most of us do) we may feel STUCK in life, in business, in relationships, etc or we may feel STUCK physically which can look or feel like fatigue, heaviness, sluggishness, restlessness, or even anxiety, depression, or dis-ease in the body.
GOWITHIN HYPNO-BREATHWORK
GoWithin Hypno-Breathwork is a mind-body-spirit modality created by Dr. Liz Burkholder, which merges hypnotherapy, breathwork, inner child healing, somatic release work, emotional release work, subtle energy healing, trauma healing, shadow work, meditation, movement, and music.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Hello!
I'm Liz Burkholder and I am a Doctor of Mind-Body Medicine and a Holistic Nurse Practitioner whose passion is to help others to heal and awaken on deep levels that they didn't even know were possible.
I am trained in multiple mind-body-spirit modalities including hypnotherapy, breathwork, yoga, subtle energy healing, inner child healing, emotional and somatic work, shadow work, and trauma healing.
Not only am I trained in these modalities, but more importantly, I have done (and continue to do) my own deep inner healing using these powerful modalities. I have healed my anxiety, depression, and PTSD, as well as deep childhood trauma. I was on antidepressant medications for 20 years from ages 20-40 and I have been completely off medications since 2017.
I am now in process of healing my body and unraveling deeper messages that were deep in the recesses of my subconscious mind/body and that were still "hidden" from my awareness.
I look forward to guiding you into this deeply healing experience as we heal together.
